Information about payments and shipping

Delivery and Pickup

You are welcome to bring your original material to me and pick up in person, though you will need to pre-arrange this with me.

If distance prevents this you may send your original material to me by other means. Please feel free to contact me first to discuss transport arrangements. As soon as your material arrives I will contact you to confirm it’s arrival and your project instructions.

When your order is complete I will advise you of the total price and payment will be due before delivery to you. You will need to cover return shipping expenses.

Postage

My preferred method of delivery is by Australia Post:

  • Parcel Post – Ordinary parcel post is not completely secure, but with the addition of a bar coded label the parcel is trackable. This means that by going to the Australia Post website and entering the tracking No. provided you should be able to see where your parcel is in transit and when it is delivered. This adds a reasonable level of security to the delivery process. When presenting your parcel over a Post Office counter you may also purchase extra options for the parcel to be signed for before delivery etc.
  • Prepaid satchels – are often a good way to send a small parcel and are trackable like the above.
  • Registered Post – can be more secure, but is presently only available for letters and small items.
  • Express Post – Delivery is guaranteed next business day and is trackable.

Satchels can sometimes be cheaper than other methods. For return post I suggest you include with your original material a Prepaid or Express satchel of the same size (up to 3kg) that you will be using to send your original material to me. If you have any questions please contact me.

Payments

Depending on the amount of work involved a deposit may not be required before commencement of work, often your original material is a sufficient deposit. I can discuss this with you at the time of your order.

Full payment and confirmation of its receipt will be required before I can deliver any finished work to you and return of any of your original material.

Payment may be made by cash in person, direct deposit to Aureola Productions bank account or I could send you an invoice which you would pay using a credit card.
